Paragon Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-13

We collect what we need to coach your calls, and nothing more.

What we collect

Account info — your email address and any name you choose to add.

Recordings — audio files you submit, plus their transcripts and AI-generated analyses.

Usage — how many minutes you've recorded in your current period, and which subscription tier you hold.

Device basics — iOS version and app build, used only for diagnostic purposes when you contact support.

We do not collect contacts, photos, location, or browsing history.

How we use it

To run the analysis pipeline that generates your scores, transcripts, and coaching summaries.

To enforce subscription caps (the cap check is server-side).

To improve the product. Aggregated, de-identified usage may inform feature decisions.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Where it lives

Audio files: encrypted at rest in our managed cloud storage.

Analyses, transcripts, profile rows: encrypted at rest in our managed Postgres database.

The AI analysis layer is powered by Parlay (goparlay.com). Your recordings transit Parlay's pipeline and are subject to Parlay's retention policies.

Your rights

Access — your full call history, scores, and transcripts are visible in the app.

Export — request a data export from Profile → Account → Export my data.

Deletion — Profile → Account → Delete account permanently removes your account, recordings, and analyses.

Children

Paragon is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from users under 13.

Updates

If we change this policy materially, we'll prompt you to re-consent inside the app before you can continue using it.
