Paragon Terms of Service

1. Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We accept sign-ups via email magic link only — there's no password to leak. Each account is for one human; sharing accounts is not allowed.
2. What you can use the app for
Paragon is a personal sales coaching tool. Use it to record, analyze, and improve your own sales calls. Don't use it to:
Record people without their knowledge or consent. Recording laws vary by state and country; you are responsible for following them.
Submit content you don't have the right to record or share.
Try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
3. Subscriptions
The free tier includes a 5-hour cumulative recording trial. Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually through your Apple ID and renew automatically until canceled. Manage and cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled through Apple's standard process.
4. Your content
You own the recordings you submit. By submitting, you grant Paragon a license to process them through our analysis pipeline (powered by Parlay) and to present the results back to you. We do not sell your recordings or share them with third parties for marketing.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete account. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
Paragon is provided "as-is." Coaching feedback is informational and should not be relied on for legal, medical, or financial decisions.
